We offer free telephone support and if it turns out that there is a need to call our service team, we will endeavor to quickly rectify the error. The most common spare parts are stocked and can be delivered from day to day.

Our service team is specialized in the machinery and has been on internal courses with the suppliers, to obtain the best knowledge in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues. As a rule, the best solution for customers will therefore be to contact our specialists, as they can solve most problems quickly. They also communicate in Danish, Nordic, English and German.

It is essential for Wamatech that our customers are satisfied.
Of course, we offer our customers service contracts for machines and systems they have purchased in confidence that we will solve the problems should they arise. Our service contracts are designed so that our customers can feel safe and secure that any problems will be resolved quickly and competently.

We always participate in the installation and start of the plant, and never leave the site until the plant runs satisfactorily.

Phone help is a matter of course, and if this is not enough, we or one of our partners will come and fix the problem.

We have our own stock of the most used parts.

We also stock the most common wire grades in galvanized and black annealed material.
